介于他们的这个推断,我查询了加拿大食品监督局的网站发现,如果其推断成立,大鼓米线方仍存在食品安全问题,违反了imported and manufactured food program inspection manual, Chapter 4: food safety hazards, section 4.3 Physical/Extraneous Material Hazard 中的相关条例,也就是“Health Canada evaluates injurious extraneous material in food and it considers 2.0 mm or greater as the threshold size for consideration as a health risk. For infant food, any size of injurious extraneous material may be considered a risk. Besides size, the risk associated with extraneous material is further evaluated through an assessment of shape, hardness, material, source, target consumer groups, etc.(加拿大卫生部评估食品中有害无关物质,并认为2.0毫米或更高为阈值尺寸,以此存在健康风险。
