I m sorry what you have to go though, honestly I don’t think this girl would show up, there is no way she would forget about there is financing on the vehicle, it’s usually on monthly or biweekly payment, not something easy to forget.
If you are worried about this will effect your credit or other records, don’t worry, the buyer can’t do anything to you, if they came to your workplace or home, u can simply call the police, or even put a restraining order. Unfortunately, u are the only connection the buyer has, so they wouldn’t easily let that go
You don’t need to do any extra work to call the Embassy, when this goes through the count there will be order in place at the customs
Maybe this girl didn’t know what she did can effect your life so much, that’s unfortunate |
