KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting and clearing tables, taking customers' food and beverage orders and serving customers in a timely professional manner.
Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
Work closely with the chefs to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
Communicate customers' likes and dislikes to head chef and / or manager for menu planning purposes and customers satisfaction.
Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
1-2 years related experience.
Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.
Work under a high-speed environment and pressure.
Effective interpersonal skills
