A & LRoyal Academy English Language School is a new educational institute in MooseJaw.  We will serve clients of all agesand nationalities, from their first words in English to advanced professionaland academic levels.   We are looking forpassionate, outgoing, energetic teachers open to joining the ALRA team tocreate new possibilities for our students

Possible Positionsavailable:

Ø  English for AcademicPurposes instructor, starting part time, progressing to full time based onstudent enrolment.  

Ø  English for High Schoolinstructor, starting part time, progressing to full time based on studentenrolment.  

Instructors:

Ø  Provide a highly engagingand effective English learning experience to **s and high school students throughthe delivery of innovative and immersive educational content.

Ø Actively engage students by running dynamic,student-centered classes

Ø Teach students the four language skills of listening,speaking, reading and writing

Ø Measure progress and educational results.

Ø Deliver courses as described in the curriculum.

Ø Prepare materials that fulfill course objectives.

Ø Create and submit lesson plans, assignment and activities asper course requirements.

Ø Provide ongoing and final student evaluation.

Ø Attend teacher orientations and program forums.

Ø Collaborate with fellow instructors, sharing resources,experiences and solutions

Ø  Participate in staffmeetings and assist with placement testing.

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor¡¯s Degree  

Ø Canada recognized TESL/TESOL/CELTA Certification

Ø English language fluency in speaking, reading and writing

Ø Strong grammar skills

Ø A ¡°Can-Do¡± attitude

Ø 6 months experience teaching ESL preferred but we are alsointerested in new graduates.

Ø Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Ø  Must be a team player
