KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Setting and clearing tables, taking customers food and beverage orders and serving customers in a timely professional manner.

•      Provide a high-level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.

•      Work closely with the culinary service director and/or executive director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.

•      Communicate customers likes and dislikes to head chef and/or manager for menu planning purposes and customer satisfaction.

•      Desire and ability to work as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS& KEY ATTRIBUTES

•      Customer service experience is required, and waitress experience is an asset

•      Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.

•      Strong organization and time-management skills.

•      Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.

•      Work under high-speed environment and pressure.

•      Effective interpersonal skills
