Job Type:Full-time/Part-time

You will prepare ordirect the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs andguidelines. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations whilemaintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff.

¡¤        Plans regular andmodified menus according to established guidelines

¡¤        Follows standardized recipes, portioningand presentation standards. Completes and utilizes daily productionworksheets.

¡¤        Complies with federal,state and local health and sanitation regulations and departmentsanitation procedures as evidenced through local health department andthird-party audits

¡¤        Follows facility, department, andCompany safety policies and procedures to include occurrence reporting

¡¤        Establishes andmaintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and workareas

¡¤        Hands-on chefexperiences a must

¡¤        Comprehensiveknowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production,sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

¡¤        Ability to lift up to25 lbs where required and stand for extended periods

¡¤        Flexible to workvarious shifts and weekends
