Wenbo Education & Immigration Group is looking for new candidates to join our Winnipeg office's Service Consultant team. We will provide full training to the right person so no industry experiences are necessary. Please see the job discription below for more detail.
Service Consultant
A service consultant is the expert of all company programs and services. In most of time, it is also the role to engage with our clients. As a service consultant, your job is to represent the company in the best way possible to impress every client you meet. You will provide the best service and the most professional consultation that meets our clients needs. In the meanwhile, it is your responsibility to explore and expend market. At the same time, you are responsible to maintain relations with our clients and partners. When there is an issue or a potential issue occurs, it is your job to unsure the issue will be resolved in a timely and professional manor, and all necessary awareness of the management will be delivered.
Main Duties Report directly to consulting director, or the next level management.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
Provide professional consultation to all clients according to all company programs and services.
Explore and expend potential market.
Maintain and improve relationship with all current clients and business partners.
Keep high awareness of all clients’ and business partners’ need, and any issue, hidden or potential issue that would jeopardize the company’s interest.
Requirements: Completion of high school, diploma or degree in business/international studies/education is preferred.
Must be able to work under stress and in a very fast paced environment.
Previews sales and customer services experience is a great asset.
Strong time management skills and multi-task abilities.
Team play ability and strong desire of learning.
Must be fluent in English.
Strong concept of customer service, and must be self-motivated.
