Job summary for Crew Member:• Providing excellent customer service/taking order• Making blizzards and treats• Preparing hot food items/handling fryer machine• Stocking cups, toppings, and sauces• Simple cleaning tasks, etc.
Job summary for Supervisor
A Shift Supervisor must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, and back-line food preparation.
Job description• Ensure that restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by written schedule through proper job assignments, break rotation and delegation of tasks during both peak and non-peak periods.• Assist with assistant manager and provide leadership and guidance to crew member during each shift• Ensures guest service in all areas meets applicable standards for quality, value and cleanliness.• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all cash accountability reports on assigned shifts.• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management team.• Communicate all significant issues, both positive and negative, with management staff.
Having one’s own vehicle is also an asset.
Wage: $11.95-$14 per hours based on experience plus store bonus
