We are a multi-unit Franchise with 2 DairyQueen locations in south Winnipeg.
Currently we are looking for PT/FT Crew Membersand shift leaders (supervisor)
Ideal candidates should befriendly, hardworking, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work with team.Good English communication skill is a must. Crew Member Duties include:
- Operating cash register
- Providing great customer service
- Making ice cream and DQ cakes
- Preparing hot food items
- Cleaning & Stocking
Customer service and fast food experience is an asset but not a requirement. Reliable ride is required.
================================================================================================================= Supervisor additional Duties:
- Lead the team. Ensure a safe, pleasant and respectful work environment.
- Oversee the entire operation of assigned shift, ensure store cleanness, products quality and customer service meet DQ standard.
- Assist in execution of restaurants’ business goal by control labour, speed of service, and customer retention.
- Exercise good judgement in decision making. Report any issue to GM o/a owner.
- Respond to customer complaints. Go above and beyond, take prompt & appropriate action to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Help to train new staff
- Order placing, inventory control, cash count, critical count.
Driving own vehicle Minimum one year experience of management position in fast foodindustry.
