*All snow shoveling services include snow clearance of private walkway starting from the front door of the house. *The shoveling services for walkway and driveway are essential passageway only, except that passageways or trails of the backyard are not included in the service. *All services are only for the lanes with a length of 20'-45'. If the length exceeds 45', please check the following prices list below; single service, package service, and quarterly service are applicable. *Ice Removal Service of the driveway may charge up to 20% extra service fee, depending on the actual situation of the working site, such as the thickness of the ice layer. *Ice removal service is not included in all snow shoveling services, but we could apply ice melter or ice salt as appropriate. *所有剷雪服務包含從房屋正門開始的私家走道積雪清理. *走道及車道的剷雪服務僅限主要出入通道, 除此外在前庭和後院的走道並不包括在服務範圍之內. *車道的剷雪服務及霜冰清除服務祇對於長度為20英尺-45英尺的車道, 如超出長度範圍請查看下列價目; 單次服務, 套餐服務及季度服務均為適用. *車道的霜冰清除服務會根據作業現場的實際情況(如冰層厚度等)或會增加最多20%的額外費用. *剷雪套餐服務並不包含霜冰清除服務, 但會視情況使用融冰鹽.
